Use the form on this page to contact Calcenzo. Choose “Report a calculator issue” for a result that looks wrong, “Privacy request” to ask about data from a message you sent, or “General inquiry” for anything else.
What to include
For a calculator issue, include:
- The page URL (the form adds it automatically when you use a “Report a calculation issue” link on a calculator page)
- The values you entered
- The result you saw and the result you expected
- Where your expected figure came from, such as a lender quote or an official table
Do not send passwords, bank or card numbers, medical records or other sensitive information. We will never ask for them.
What we can and cannot help with
We can check a formula, fix an error, clarify an explanation or add a missing option to a tool. We cannot give personal financial, tax, legal or medical advice about your situation.
Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. Reports that include the URL and inputs are usually resolved faster. If your first message does not fully resolve the issue, reply to our email so the conversation stays in one thread.
Before writing, you may find the answer in the notes under the calculator or in our calculator guides. To learn how the site works, see About Calcenzo.
How we handle the details you send through this page is explained in our privacy policy. Use of the calculators and their results is covered by our terms of use. Questions about embedding a tool on your own site? Start with our page on ready-made WordPress calculators.
