Health Calculators

Health calculators give quick, educational estimates for body measurements, nutrition targets and pregnancy dates. Common starting points are the BMI calculator, the calorie calculator, the body fat calculator and the pregnancy due date calculator.

The topic has three groups. Fitness and Body covers BMI, body fat, ideal and healthy weight ranges, lean body mass, heart rate zones, one-rep max and running pace. Nutrition covers calories, BMR, TDEE, macros, protein, carbohydrates and calories burned. Pregnancy covers due dates, conception, ovulation, period dates, pregnancy weeks and weight gain. A few standalone tools, such as the BAC, GFR, sleep cycle and assisted living cost calculators, sit in the main topic.

Each page shows the equation it uses and where it comes from. These tools do not diagnose anything and are not medical advice. Use the results as a starting point for a conversation with a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional.

Health Calculators has 33 free calculators, including A1C Calculator, Army Body Fat Calculator and Assisted Living Cost Calculator. Pick one below, or use the A–Z list further down to reach any of them from this page.
