Email and contacts tools open and reorganize saved messages and address books without adding an account to a mail app. The EML email viewer shows the decoded subject, sender, recipients, date, body and attachments of a saved .eml message, and the Outlook MSG viewer does the same for an ordinary email saved from Outlook as a .msg file.

For contacts, the VCF splitter and merger can split one address-book export into separate vCard files in a ZIP, or merge several vCards into one file for import.

Use these tools when someone sends you a saved message you cannot open, or when you move contacts between phones and apps. The files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to the website. Saved emails can contain links or attachments from unknown senders, so treat them with the same care as any message in your inbox.
