References and publishing tools help writers, researchers and course builders move files between formats and check them before use. For citations, the RIS to BibTeX converter, NBIB to BibTeX converter and EndNote to BibTeX converter prepare .bib files for LaTeX, BibTeX to RIS goes the other way, and the BibTeX formatter tidies spacing without dropping custom fields or macros.

For ebooks, the EPUB package preflight checks the package, manifest and reading order, and the EPUB metadata editor corrects a book's title, creator, language or description. For courses, the SCORM package preflight checks a package before an LMS upload, and the CSV to QTI converter builds a QTI 1.2 quiz from a spreadsheet. The WOFF2 to TTF or OTF converter decodes a web font for inspection.

Files are processed in your browser. Each tool states its supported subset, so check the output in the app, LMS or reader you plan to use.
